Struck around 200 years ago, this silver Capped Bust quarter bears John Reich's classic Capped Bust design. It depicts Liberty in a cloth cap, surrounded by 13 stars and the date of issue. The reverse shows a banner with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM above an eagle with Union Shield, an olive branch and three arrows. Encircling the eagle are 25 c. and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
