A genuine 2024 American Eagle Dollar Coin, with the Star privy mark on the obverse, in Uncirculated Mint State Condition. Contains 1 oz 0.999 Silver. These coins feature a Star Privy Mark, the first privy mark ever used on a U.S. bullion coin, making these coins a truly unique addition to any collection. Minted at the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia, with a limited mintage of 500,000, they were issued as part of a collaboration with video game developer Nice Gang's game Eighth Era to introduce and welcome gamers to the wonderful world of coin collecting.
Minted since 1986, these coins were updated in 2021 with a refreshed obverse (heads) and a completely redesigned reverse (tails) to mark the 35th anniversary of the American Eagle Coin Program. The obverse features a refreshed depiction of Adolph A. Weinman's full-length figure of Liberty in full stride, enveloped in folds of the flag. The designers initials 'AW' were also added to the obverse of the coin. The redesigned reverse depicts an eagle as it prepares to land, carrying an oak branch, as if to add it to a nest.
