A note on bullion & market-priced products Bullion and other precious-metals products—American Silver Eagles, bars, and rounds—are priced on live market conditions. Because those markets move every day, a few things work differently:

  • Bullion items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns are subject to a market loss adjustment if spot prices fall after your purchase. That adjustment reflects the difference between your original price and the market value when your return reaches us.
  • Bullion must be returned unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
