Description
The Nature of America Stamp Collection contains all twelve self-adhesive stamp sheets issued by the United States Postal Service annually between 1999 and 2010. Designed by Ethel Kessler and illustrated by artist John D. Dawson, each large 9 x 8.75 inch sheet features a panoramic image of a different U.S. landscape, along with the region's flora and fauna, which are identified and labeled on the rear of each sheet. The series includes the Sonoran Desert, Pacific Coast Rain Forest, Arctic Tundra, Pacific Coral Reef, Great Lakes Dunes and more. The stamps range from 33 cents to 44 cents, and come in Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.
