Struck over 150 years ago, this copper Braided Hair large cent bears Christian Gobrecht's classic design. Its obverse depicts Liberty in a diadem, her long tresses held in a bun held by two beaded cords. The reverse bears ONE CENT encircled by a wreath and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
