This official 2 coin set from the U.S. Mint contains an Uncirculated Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Commemorative Silver Dollar, along with a special issue Matte Finish John F. Kennedy Silver Half Dollar, only available officially from the Mint in this set. The matte finish requires two extra steps in the minting of the coin: sandblasting the face of the coinage die with a mixture of glass beads and aluminum oxide, and adding a hard-chrome plate to the die for hardness and lubricity. Both coins were released in 1998, were produced at the San Francisco Mint, and contain 90% Silver. The set comes with the original government packaging and certificate of authenticity.
