The first coin in the Disney Mickey Mouse Sports Coin Collection features Mickey Mouse all set for track and field and showing off his running prowess. It is a 1 oz pure silver coin with Mickey featuring in glorious color. Engraved Mickey Mouse icons and the words 'Ready Set Go!' add to the dynamic design. The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the coin is legal tender in Niue. Packaged in an acrylic block, this officially licensed coin can be easily displayed or removed for closer inspection. The coin case fits snugly inside a special box which mirrors the coin imagery. A limited-edition with a worldwide mintage of only 2,000, its uniquely numbered Certificate of Authenticity is also found inside the packaging.
