Description

This 2 coin set contains both the Philadelphia and Denver Mint issues of the 2008 Sacagawea Dollar, both in Uncirculated Mint State Condition.

This historic Sacagawea dollar honors Lewis and Clark's young Shoshone guide. The obverse depicts Sacagawea holding her infant son, Jean Baptiste. LIBERTY is inscribed above the pair, with IN GOD WE TRUST on the left and the date at right. The reverse bears a soaring American eagle and E PLURIBUS UNUM. Encircling the reverse are 13 stars, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOLLAR.

These sets are assembled from uncirculated coins from rolls and bags straight from the U.S. Mint. Coins may display bag marks, minor abrasions caused by contact between pieces during minting and while stored in a mint bag.
